The hot springs at Aurora Farm are fed by geothermal water that rises naturally from the land beneath us — the same warmth that has shaped life in this valley for generations. We've chosen to keep them exclusively for our overnight guests, and that decision is a deliberate one.

A hot spring is at its most magical when it's quiet: room to breathe, space to yourself, and the kind of stillness that lets you take in the wide North Iceland sky, the silence, and — in season — the northern lights overhead. Crowds would take that away.

By reserving the springs for those staying with us, we can keep them calm, intimate, and unhurried — an extension of the farm itself rather than a public attraction. It's part of what makes a night at Aurora Farm feel like a genuine retreat, and a privilege we're glad to offer our guests.
